It is another Father’s Day celebration, which provides an opportunity for us to celebrate our fathers, uncles, brothers, sons, and grandfathers and honour them for their roles in our lives. This day is a special occasion to honour and appreciate fathers and father figures. It’s a time to express gratitude for their love, guidance, and sacrifices. Celebrating our fathers should not be limited to just one day in a year; it should be done continuously throughout the year.
Fatherhood is undoubtedly a challenging task, particularly in this ungodly generation. That notwithstanding, fathers in this generation should remain faithful to God’s commands even when the society is drifting away from righteousness.
So today, we are saying thank you to all fathers for your leadership, love, provision, and sacrifices. Thank you for your encouragement, resilience, and wisdom in keeping the family together.
