All the nations you have made will come and worship before you, O Lord; they will bring glory to your name.” (Psalm 86:9 NIV).
David acknowledges that all the nations were God’s creation. So, he declares that all the nations God has made “will come and worship before” Him, the one, true God. This theme is common throughout the book of Psalms and other passages of the Scriptures, and this has happened in the past two thousand years as the gospel of Christ has spread throughout the world. Today, people around the globe now worship our Lord Jesus Christ; however, this prophecy will reach its ultimate fulfilment after Christ’s second coming
God intends that all nations will come and worship Him, but many still have yet to come to the saving knowledge of Christ. Be encouraged to participate in spreading the message of salvation to them so they can join us in praising our Lord. Let us come together to worship our Lord and King.
